At EKO-OKO, Ewa Smuk organized the first organic food fairs, preceded by inspiring lectures—among them by Prof. Mieczysław Górny—and healthy cooking courses, with a special focus on vegetarian and macrobiotic cuisine. People from all over Warsaw came to buy products from local producers. Today, we enthusiastically return to these ecological roots. Join us for a conversation with Ewa, where we will explore the beginnings of EKO-OKO.
